Tried WingsUp wings at a friend’s place and they were honestly so good! The wings were juicy, perfectly cooked, and the sauces were packed with flavor—especially the honey garlic. You could tell they were fresh, not soggy or overcooked like some other places. Everyone at the hangout loved them! We liked them so much that we went to the WingsUp in Welland to get more. The service was amazing—Matt greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. Top-notch customer service! We’ll definitely be coming back.
We were curious about this Wings Up franchise so my sister and I decided to check out this one in the Fitch Plaza. Apparently the owner had purchased this location two weeks ago. What can I say about this new owner. The NICEST, FRIENDLIEST and most GENUINE person ever! I was there for quite a while ordering (As I often am when I am trying something new, and most people lose patience with me. But not this guy. He was awesome) In fact I didn't know it was the owner until after I placed the order. I was super impressed with all the staff here. They genuinely love their jobs and it comes across in their service. So for service definitely 5 stars. If I could give more believe me I WOULD!!! The establishment is very clean as well. We were there for take out, but I would have no problem eating there. That's how clean it is. Onto the food. I am a chicken wing specialist (In my mind at least) and 9 times out of 10 if I go anywhere to eat I will usually choose wings cuz well they're my favourite. And now I can add Wings Up on Fitch Street to my wing places to frequent! Wings were delicious! Mac n cheese bites, also delicious. Oh and the sandwich. Garlic bread sandwich!!!! YUMMMM. I didn't like the sauce as much on the sandwich but I will go there again and try the sandwich in a different sauce cuz that Sammy was the best I ever tried minus the wing sauce chosen. Thanks so much for an amazing first experience at Wings Up! Good Luck on your new establishment. Ordered delivery from here last night as everywhere else was closed. I ordered 1.5lbs of wings, a side of just celery and extra blue cheese. They even threw in both seasonings for me as I wasn't sure what one to choose! I love that I was able to choose just celery over carrots or a mix of veg too! The wings were cooked perfectly with the right amount of crisp. The sauce had a nice bite to it and the blue cheese complimented it well. Karan was absolutely amazing to talk with over the phone! My one and only suggestion would be for them to string their celery! We enjoyed it very much and will be returning customers!!
I walked in unsure of what I was going in for. Never having been to one before and the girl who greeted me was amazing and smiling. So nice so helpful. Then I met the owner. He’s working hard to make this a place to get your wings and other things at! So good. Service was amazing. And food was yummy yummy!!! I love that the stickers say the calories and what exactly is in the box. So happy with my choice today.
Wings Up! is amazing! The wings are always hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. They have so many great sauce options, and everything is cooked perfectly. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. The atmosphere is great for hanging out with friends. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves good wings!

My wife and daughter randomly grabbed some takeout from here one evening. They picked up chicken bites and wedges, with a couple of different seasonings for the bites. For fast food, it was really good! The girls really enjoyed the bites and there were a couple of different dipping sauces. The wedges were also quite good, and a refreshing change from standard takeout fries. We will give the wings a try next time.
I recently visited WingsUp! and was impressed by how clean and bright the restaurant was. The new owner, Matt, is very friendly and makes sure to mention all the available promotions in the store. The chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the veggie sticks are fresh and clean. The mini donuts are cinnamon-flavored and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be a regular customer.
